For more than 15 years, Charlie has been CEO of Goldbridge Rehabilitation Services. He has developed the program from a little residential service to an evidenced based Therapeutic Community (AC) including transitional, educational and community based support services. Charlie first began busy within Therapeutic Communities (Cs) in the United Kingdom during the hasty 1970s. Fiona has been a Volunteer Supervisor at Goldbridge for over 2 years but has now joined the Team as a trainee AD Worker. She has now been in the AD field for nearly 12 years, both as a volunteer and worker. Sufi has worked in the Health and Community services with various agencies throughout Australia. Later she worked with disengaged adults including those affected by drug and alcohol misuse, asylum seekers and within community mental health facilities. Zeke helps implement the general living skills and Labor Crew component of the program and supervises the day to day running of the Therapeutic Community (AC). The aim of the day was to fundraiser for both organizations, join with the local community and demonstrate how connection with horses through equine therapy can work miracles for both horses and humans alike.
