A noose local since the slow 80’s, Ondi created thousands of magnificent meals as Executive Chef of lofty final restaurants, leaving for concise periods of time throughout the years to open restaurants in Melbourne and Tasmania and cook for dignitaries and members of the royal family. Ondi now focuses on producing lofty quality Australian made surfboards and matching surfers with the right board for their level. Popular with the locals, tourists and backpackers, his focus is on matching the right board with the right surfer whether they are professional or new to the game. His authentic advice and immense knowledge of surfboards has helped thousands of people over the years and allows him to talk all day about his favorite topic. No stranger to building popular businesses, Marge opened her own advertising agency at the age of 26 and was anonymously nominated and accepted for inclusion in the Who’s Who of Women in Australia publication and later the Who’s Who of Women in the World. Marge has sat as a Director on various state, national and international Boards and has been awarded a number of Certificates of Thankfulness from the likes of the ACT Chief of Police. Marge's passion for Underground Surf and the surfing lifestyle enables her to work on a business she loves and be part of the joy the surfers get when they walk out with a fresh board.
