Earrings unfold by unscrewing the top part from the base portion they fit steady sized pierced hole. Both sides of the pendant are sanded and polished into a lovely labor of art. HeiMatau or more commonly obvious as the Fish Hook symbolizes prosperity. The HeiMatau (fish hook) also represents strength, determination and appropriate health, as well as providing safe journey over water. Carvings made of bone are easy and warm to the touch yet the conclude is like polished glass, they seem to blend with your body and become a segment of you, especially when warn as a pendant against your skin. This bracelet is made from black leather with surplus potent Steel Buckle. The sticks are approximately 2.5 cm lengthy so for most earrings they will need to be cut slightly shorter. All wooden bone and horn earrings with sticks have different size holes so we can not guarantee that the sticks will fit perfectly. These piercings are hand carved from bone making them mighty and durable. This Maori Design is obvious as the HeiMatau and is the fish hook.
