Often absentee owners are "kept in the dark" by various factions, and the Owners Group provides the means where all owners can compare notes - often this is the only way to get things done. In this way everyone can see for themselves how their properties are being maintained and their Body Corporate levies spent and ensure they are receiving value for money. Because accurate information is often not always quickly forthcoming to all owners on many items, the owners group has established its website to present the truth on all matters of concern to all owners and present a discussion forum so that all sides of any issue can be presented openly.
