Welcome to RedLeaf School of Early Learning, an exciting concept in childcare. . If the vacancy is not suitable, (eg days and hours are not suitable; the parent and/or Care Provider’s expectations differ), children are entitled to remain on the waiting list until an appropriate vacancy exists. All options for placement are explored. Completed ‘Registration Forms’ should be returned to the Centre as soon as possible to secure your registration, accompanied by the $50 non-refundable registration fee. Registration and Waiting List A ‘Registration Form’ is required for your child’s placement at RedLeaf School of Early Learning. We have also incorporated wind chimes, slides, platforms, twig tunnels, sandpits, seating, forts, arbours and various musical instruments into the outdoor area. Outdoor Studio The Centre’s outdoor studio includes many natural features including; natural grass playgrounds with shade, mounds, sensory gardens, children’s vegetable and herb gardens, secret hiding places and bush cubbies. By designing raised play spaces in both of these environments, we have endeavoured to give children a different visual perspective so different learning experiences can be achieved. Raised play spaces have been incorporated in the indoor and the outdoor studios. Building The building is constructed from mixed mediums enabling it to blend seamlessly into the natural environment and it is designed to provide a uniquely Australian appearance. Location RedLeaf School of Early Learning is nestled between mixed semi-rural and residential homes in the developing estates of ‘Kingsmore’ and ‘The Observatory’ at Reedy Creek, 6km from Burleigh Heads, 13km south of Surfers Paradise and 500m from the Motorway 1 (Pacific Highway) at 7 Wyllie Way, Reedy Creek. We aim to provide your child and family with a wonderful experience of early childhood development and intend to make the Centre a place where you feel that you are part of an extended family in the community, where you could drop into unexpectedly and feel welcome and at home. The Centre has many approaches to learning and believes that blending ideals from different philosophers will ensure each child will have their individual needs met.
