If the vehicle owner fails to study the height limit and enters the car park and damages any structures or lighting then the owner will be responsible for cost of repairs. 4.7.2 Neither Rainbow Place nor the owner of the Premises takes any responsibility for the loss or theft of your personal property or for any bodily injury that occurs on or at the Premises. 4.8.2 If any Premises is identified as having a party, we reserve the correct to immediately request all occupants of the Premises to vacate the Premises and terminate the stay. Extravagant amounts of alcohol being defined as: Multiple casesslabscartons of beer, Ore mixed drinks etc. 4.9.2 If a registered guest or any persons associated with that guest, is identified as bringing luxurious amounts of alcohol to the Premises that person will be requested to either relinquish the alcohol to us (or our appointed security provider) and which will be stored in safekeeping for their retrieval on departure, or for the alcohol to be permanently removed from the Premises.
