Matrix Boxing Gym is located on the Cnr of Brisbane Road & Pine Ridge Road, Labrador. All fitness levels welcome and Injury Rehabilitation clients are catered for with personalised programs in conjunction with your medical practitioner or specialist. Perfect if you are looking for weights & strengthening, plyometric (speed & power) exercises, cardio conditioning, sport specific training or a combination of training principles.
Also included at Matrix is a well equipped Personal Training Studio, putting the "Personal" back into training. Having also competed in Amateur Boxing tournaments themselves, they can teach you the art of boxing, whether you are a complete beginner or looking to advance your skills to enter tournaments.
