Possibly the worst experience we have had with any supplier of goods or services.
Initial laying of flooring was horrible. Poorly cut into edges leaving significant gaps. Tiles laid the incorrect way leaving our flooring look like a mess. Laid tiles over the top of ceramic tiles, lumps and bumps. Didn't glue tiles down so that pieces came up when vacuuming (then had the nerve to send us information on how to vacuum).
Was given approximately 5 attempts to rectify and when exception was taken to paying the full amount of the invoice the Director states that he gets as many chances to rectify as he needs and when he finally gets it to an ok standard (even if it is over 6 months later) he should get paid the full amount.
Do not use this company if you care at all what your flooring will look like. Do no use this company unless you are ok with them missing the move in date and then taking 6 months, costing you thousands of dollars to get it right.
