Hellenika Restaurant is seeking applicants who have a immense work ethic, with ample of industry experience in quality venues (not including pubs clubs). We also seek applicants who are willing to commit long term. When people come in to my restaurant I trust they are putting their health and well being into my hands. This is a responsibility I take very seriously. In one way or another Simon has been involved in hospitality his entire life, he owned three prosperous cafes prior creating his dream, Hellenika. Thea strives for world class service, with smart staff, combined with Simon glottis's philosophy of hot authentic hospitality. Desserts are all hand made by our kitchen team, except the Baklava which has been made with love by Helen Passaris since Hellenika's inception.
