It quickly became the most crucial thing in my life. Many other people have contributed to my learning and experience of life. I have been practicing and teaching Yoga for nearly 20 years. The Inversions' Adana classes have a focus on Inversions practice, which will receive up more of the class than in our routine classes. SPIRITUAL: Live more consciously, live in harmony with your ideals and values, feel connected to something greater, feel a greater sense of purpose, feel a greater sense of acceptance and contentment, feel more peaceful within yourself, see things more truthfully, enlarge awareness of self and others, let go of stories of the heed and see things from a deposit of centered observation, respond more, react less, recogise the interconnectedness of all things. They have also practiced and lived yoga for many years. A huge way to open the New Year, get to really know where your practice is at and take it to a total new level. It makes sense that if we want to experience or feel a certain way or that we do not want to experience or feel a positive way, then it is knowing to look at our thoughts, as they are the culprits to what we are experiencing and what we feel. If we comprehend that our thoughts are clearly our own choice, only then can we begin to change or transform them. Actually, the transformation that yoga brings makes you more yourself, and opens you up to loving with greater depth. Yoga involves learning to generate energy, and also to focus it into different parts of your body. Instead of using the body to get the posture, you use the posture to open the body. Another important aspect in my approach to yoga involves accepting conditioning. Deepening your practice is not so much learning to do more advanced postures, but rather increasing your understanding of how to do yoga. Attention in yoga involves letting go, a relaxation that surrenders to the what is of the posture. This way of using breath gives a relaxed and centered attention to the complete organism, and can also be worn to focus energy into different parts of the body. If the feeling is such that you are trying to get away from it, it's pain. Yet we are aware of having more or less energy. It is learning to create and channel lines of energy that makes this possible. Understanding a posture is not fair smart with your obey how to deposit the body. For example, you can focus on deepening and lengthening breath at the beginning edge when breathing becomes regular, change your focus to creating one line of energy. Resistance in postures is in the heed as well as in the body. So, too, as you get to know your mind, how it works and where your psychological limits are, the process opens the heed and literally expands consciousness. We use our minds to regulate how we feel as superior we can.
