What you should know about Five Rings Dojo
Welcome to Five Rings Dojo. The Mixed Martial Arts Team is run by Roy Luxton and is called Five Rings MMA Team. Although we do not train in using weapons, our spirit is deeply rooted in the "Book of Five Rings".
The name "Five Rings" comes from a book written by the legendary Musashi, a famous Samurai from the 17th century in Japan. We welcome Beginners to join. We Train in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, Boxing and Wrestling.
We are a Mixed Martial Arts Gym (Dojo) operating on the Gold Coast. Our Academy the largest MMA Fight Team in Australia, with over 30 Athletes competing in Amateur and Professional Competition each year.
