This boat is ideal for you and another couple when you want space, privacy, comfort and a relaxing entertainment area yet, pliable ample in design to accommodate your family. This vessel is also equipped with a huge entertainment system 42 inch plasma, DVDStereo, an excess flat screen is located on the upper deck with a restrict fridge she has it all for your flawless holiday. Mist Breaker has a spacious living area to kick back and enjoy. Important and spacious and a great vessel to entertain! The BBQ is located on the fore deck and is a important 4 burners which accommodates to cook for 10 people, the spacious upper deck with all furniture provided for kicking back, relaxing and taking in the views. Important and spacious and room to entertain. Two Queen size beds, 2 rooms with 2 bunks in each plus a sofa bed in the lounge, this vessel has enough of space for two families or a group of friends. The upper deck is built to enjoy, 45 feet of space for lazy days on the Broadwater. This important three bedroom houseboat is great value for three couples or a larger family with an excess sofa bed to accommodate two extra crew. This houseboat has an inviting family lounge area with the BBQ located on the upper deck plus a shower on the back lower deck. The Spas are located on the top deck of each Spa Boats plus these vessels also have 240 volt power with generators on board the vessel. On booking you will receive a list of what is on board the vessel you have hired to aid with your packing. Impartial let us know when making your booking. We also have a boat ramp located after to our office for your convenience. If this is not able to be achieved a full refund of your hire fee will be returned to your account for your houseboat holiday. If a cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to departure a refund cannot be given unless a replacement booking is made at Brochure price, if a replacement booking is made a fee of 50.00 will be charged and the balance will be returned to the direr. If a booking is made for our High Season (Christmas and Fresh Year or Easter) we require a 6 weeks’ notice of cancellation, if canceled with less than 6 weeks’ notice all monies are forfeited until a replacement booking is made for the equivalent value paid. In some circumstances we can move your booking to a tomorrow date depending on availability. fantasias Houseboats does not hire to Lofty Risk firers due to vessels returning from hire damaged and the safety risk involved with these hires. If we find that we (fantasias) have been misled at the time of your booking and due to us holding the vessel for the dates required, a packed forfeit of all monies paid with no reimbursement what so ever.
