Beauty Therapy in Gold Coast

At DestressXpress I am all about doing just that. and are covered by Health Funds depending on your coverage. You can make a booking for either one person or several and access information on different therapies, namely: Massage Therapy Bowen Therapy Hot Stone Massage Beauty Treatments and Facials Yoga and Pilates for home visits, office treatments and also corporate events These treatments are available on the Gold Coast. So what I do is help people to understand their limits, utilising Bowen Therapy, help them to step through them and achieve the things they thought were impossible, sometimes Flower essences and always empathy and listening abilities. Knowing that we want to do it, trying to do it, and succeeding in doing it will give us the strength to achieve more, feel better about ourselves and know there’s nothing we can’t do. This understanding can be used in every sense including having pain or discomfort in the body or mind, they usually do go together. Facing our fears, climbing a mountain or removing chocolate from our diet, whether its jumping out of a plane, big or little, its a huge and powerful catalyst for change. So my interests have always lied in the natural field, how we think, it just makes sense to me – what we eat, what we do in our lives all affect the way we feel – dramatically. I then wandered into the marvelous world of Bowen Therapy (via Reiki and Flower Essences). I found the whole hospital system very uninspiring and not conducive to people being able to heal so after several years of nursing in major hospitals I did a course in Remedial Massage, wanting to spend more time with the person who isn’t feeling well, as opposed to the fleeting presence we can give while nursing. I have been in the health industry for many years, starting off as a Registered Nurse while living in Sydney, fresh out of school. Using my knowledge to help you get rid of the feelings of tension caused by the relentless, ongoing demands of modern day living. (more).
