She was a speaker at 2009 WA Pet Expo on Grooming Techniques and styles. and was very proud to be representing groomers as a director for the Pet Industry Association of Australia for over 2 years. Vanessa is a Certified Companion Animal Hygenist, she has a Cert IV in training and assessment, . Vanessa Parsons, International Certified Master Groomer is a certifier for International Professional Groomers inc. (IPG) for the International Certified Master Groomer program, a title which a handful of groomers in the world have and she is also the Australian coordinator for IPG. Vanessa was a non touring member of Groom Team Australia 2009, a true honour for any groomer to be apart of. Vanessa has judged internationally at the Pro-Team 2008 Dog Grooming Competition held in Singapore at West Coast Park, Spectacular Petacular Grooming Comp 2008, & Box Hill Tafe Open Day. Award winning at Pet Expo competitions Australia, and Pasadena comp USA. Vanessa Parsons (ICMG) the owner and proprietor is a stylist with over 21 years experience in the grooming industry on the Gold Coast, owning her first salon at the age of 16 for several years, then moving on to a mobile grooming service for 12 years, this business was one of the most successful long standing mobile services on the Gold Coast.After hanging up her car keys she decided to go back to the salon life.
