Members wishing to play non competition golf are asked to play in available times exterior these times. Social play is a huge gateway to membership and all members should promote that everybody’s golfing experience is respected on the course. Guests, whether playing or nonpaying, admit that the use of the Club’s facilities is at their own risk and they assume sole responsibility for personal injury, personal property and property damage, and that the Club, its officers, employees, representatives and agents shall not be held likely for any personal injury to any person while on the Club’s premises. Definite facilities of the Club may be available for private parties or notable functions and Club employees will be available to help Members in planning events. The hours and days of operation for the golf course, golf shop and practice range will be set seasonally by the Club’s management and posted at the golf shop. Members are to use the designated areas, driving range and practice putting greens. Unless golfing privileges have been granted to the junior golfer by the Club, junior golfers must play with an adult and should be at minimum ten (10) years old. Members are strictly responsible for their guests, their families, and their own sound operation of the golf cars so as not to interfere with fellow players’ enjoyment of the game, and at all times preserve against injury to persons or ruin to property, especially the playing surfaces of the golf course. North Lakes Resort Golf Club (the Club) offers annual memberships for the purpose of permitting members and their guests to appreciate the use of the Club facilities and any other special privileges of membership that may, from time to time, be introduced by the Club at its absolute discretion. A membership grants only a permission by the Club to a member, individually, to use and enjoy the Club facilities, and a prospective member should not view a membership as an investment or otherwise expect to derive some economic benefits from such membership. The recreational facilities of the Club include or will include the latter and such other facilities as the Club may make available from time to time for use by Members (collectively, the Facilities): 18 hole Graham Marsh designed golf course, together with a practice facility featuring a driving range and practice green, and Clubhouse with golf shop, banquet rooms, dining room and men’s and women’s locker rooms. An Individual Membership allows the Member to have general access to the Club’s golf facilities (including golf playing rights during the week and on weekends). A Clubhouse Membership does not entitle a Member to use the golf facilities. Subject to the Rules and Regulations, children below the age of 18 years are entitled to the equivalent rights to use the Facilities as the Family Member. The privileges of membership belong to the Corporate Member and the Corporate Member must designate the specified number of individuals permitted by the membership who, upon approval by the Club, will be entitled to exercise the privileges of the membership. Due to the number of guests and other persons granted access to the Club, the Club cannot guarantee the security of personal property. The other spouse can apply for membership in the equivalent manner as any fresh candidate for the membership once the existing membership has been awarded as set forth herein. The relationship between the Club and a Member is one of contract regulating, primarily, a Member’s personal use of the Club facilities from time to time only, is personal between the parties and does not constitute any other relationship, connection or arrangement of any other nature whatever between the Club, the Member and any other person.
