Sun'e'side bistro - "flavours of africa" lodge & boma welcome to our african inspired bush lodge & alfresco deck the menu offers flame grilled steaks and seafood, infused with the flavours of africa. The spotted giraffe stands tall with a skewer of rump, marinated in bay leaves & garlic. House specialities : ship to shore rib fillet & moreton bay bugs a fusion of cream, garlic & african spices. Situated opposite the german club in merrimac, our bush setting is unique - the food awesome - and the service friendly. Dine in the "lodge" or on the outside deck (boma). Our traditional african dishes include african hot pots, garlic snails and our mouthwatering lemon butter sole.. All meals are freshly prepared, sit back and enjoy the sunset ambience & bush setting?� open wednesday to sunday for dinner, and friday to sunday for lunch.
