He currently remains Managing Partner of that highly thriving Consultancy today. Graeme has tertiary qualifications in Economics, Marketing, Management and Law and has taught on a sessional basis in a number of subjects at both Griffith and Bond Universities in each of the faculties of Business, Marketing and Law. He is equally passionate about Australia’s need for a adept workforce and is committed to the imperative role that BUSY At Work plays in helping to flourish not only essential grass roots employment programs in the community, but also in delivering vital apprenticeship and trainee ship services to employers and employees alike. For the past 15 years he’s been a registered professional supervisor for the Queensland Psychologist’s Board and in this capacity has supervised both provisional and fully registered psychologists for Griffith University as well as postgraduate Masters and PhD smooth students. In addition to his clinical work, Jamal also has extensive experience in the area of child abuse, destroy and family dysfunction and has been actively involved in the Gold Coast community assisting youth in need. In between leaving the energy industry and joining BUSY, Paul worked within the financial services sector for major banking and insurance organizations in both Australia and the UK. Rod is from a North Queensland cane farming background and worked in a variety of jobs and industries. Rod spent the last few years as Regional Manager (Commonwealth Employment Services) Gold Coast. Brett is now based on the Gold Coast and is the Financial Controller of a market leading online finance company. The heart of our culture is a team focus, at BUSY we place vast emphasis on ensuring our leaders not only have immense minds but are great people too. At BUSY At Labor we grasp that complicated challenges require innovative solutions. For the past 16 years Sue has worked at senior management and executive management levels within the Vocational, Education and Training Sector (VET), with strategic sales and business development, project management and account management responsibilities. Leonid brings to the team a background of senior management experience in both Human Resources and broader Business Management. She is passionate about leadership, building organizational culture and unlocking value through employees.
