Irish is an experienced clinical psychologist with 40 years of labor experience and 20 years of running her own private practice as a Clinical psychologist in the Gold Coast community. She has been located at Burleigh Heads for the previous 15 years Irish is very experienced in providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples and groups. Irish is trained to provide a range of therapeutic approaches including: Cognitive Processing Therapy (CDT a trauma specific treatment protocol). Irish has extensive experience in occupied with people who have experienced trauma including mature survivors of childhood abuse, military veterans, police, ambulance and fire officers and members of the general community. For the preceding 11 years Irish has been providing group interventions to Veterans and their families as a preferred provider for the Veterans and Veterans' Families counseling Service, as healthy as mood management programs for community health organizations.
