Yang Tsin Su (YTS) is the art of self cultivation of body, energy and mind (spirit) and has been developed with the philosophy of Leeism.
Without weaponries, i.e. soft style, Shin Tsin Chuan and Tsun Tsin Chuan; each of the three forms can be practised as three different styles, Woo Tsin Chuan, Yang Tsin Chuan that has three forms, erratic style and hard style.
Forms without weapons and forms including weapons, such as YTS sword form and YTS staff form.
YTS Martial Arts consists out of two major disciplines:. The original purpose of martial arts was for combat; nowadays except for self defence or self protection, stamina, flexibility, relaxation, concentration, balance and coordination, strength, it is majorly practised for fitness, body toning and body sculpting or weight loss. r />
Exercises techniques are developed under the research of physiology, martial arts and Traditional Chinese Wu Shu (or Chinese Kung Fu) and are combined with Meditation. True health can only be achieved through balance of all three parts.
